Structure and organize large datasets to ensure high performance and smooth operations

Serve as a subject-matter expert supporting marketing science and analytics initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data infrastructure
Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) and SQL
Ability to design scalable, performance-focused data structures
Experience working with high-volume datasets (millions of rows)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, data-intensive environments
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, or marketing data environments is a plus
