2+ years expDLF North America is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for their operation located in Albany, Oregon. The role involves processing orders, overseeing workflow, and resolving complex customer requests while collaborating with various departments.
Farming
Responsibilities
Receive, transcribe, blend and process customer orders/requests. Special attention to accuracy and on time fulfillment required. Responsible for order success
Maintain communication with sales, customers, and supervisor on any issues, inquires and/or correspondences
Monitor and replenish stock of raw and finish goods to support prompt order turnaround
Prioritize and coordinate with warehouses and transportation to ensure on time shipment
Work with inventory control and grower services to ensure product availability
Offer meaningful solutions, based on specified needs for customer requirements
Maintain a positive attitude and calmy response to customers and co-workers
Navigate between multiple database software
Assisting with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization skills and follow through skills. Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
2+ years of similar experience in increasingly responsible roles
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Self-motivated and ability to remain focused in an open office space
Ability to make calculations such as discounts, estimates, dimensional weight, and percentages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook)
Ability to work overtime hours as necessary
