Sales Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)
MyRemoteTeam Inc is seeking a Sales Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) to collaborate with AI and product teams in refining intelligent sales models. The role involves evaluating AI-generated sales conversations and ensuring they are persuasive and context-aware, while also defining success metrics and supporting data annotation.

Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated sales conversations and identify gaps or ineffective tactics
Validate outputs against real-world sales scenarios
Define success metrics (tone, empathy, objection recovery, deal progression)
Support data annotation with accurate sales-stage context
Help design prompts and frameworks tailored to different buyer personas
Stay current with sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, etc
Qualification
Required
7+ years of core B2B sales experience (AE, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Leadership)
Strong understanding of sales funnel, pipeline management, and CRM logic
Ability to analyze conversation transcripts and identify improvement areas
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
