Responsibilities

Serves as a Program Analyst in the Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS) portfolio
Plans, organizes, coordinates, administers, and evaluates implementation of all aspects of the purchase card program
Serves as an expert analyst responsible for a variety of tasks involved in analyzing, evaluating or improving the efficiency of the purchase card program and performs work in planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program
Plans and executes a variety of complex management studies and special projects

Required

U.S. Citizenship required
Males born after December 31, 1959 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
Suitable for federal employment
Meet time in grade restrictions by the closing date of the announcement
Appointment will be subject to the applicant's successful completion of a background security investigation and favorable adjudication

You must have one year of specialized experience to successfully perform the duties of the position
Specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Analyzes program performance data to identify systemic strengths and deficiencies, Plans and leads complex management and acquisition program studies to address operational needs, Interprets federal acquisition regulations to assess program compliance, Evaluates program effectiveness using established performance measures, Conducts stakeholder assessments to identify service requirements and improve program delivery
