Responsibilities
11+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or data management
Must be innovative and forward-thinking to develop data solutions to support the sponsor’s Business Intelligence objectives and implement Business Analytics strategic thrusts
Highly proficient in using Power BI, Splunk, Excel, PowerPoint and other data analysis tools, as needed, to visualize business intelligence and analytics data (i.e., data reports and dashboards)
Experience using Power BI languages such as Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), M and C#
Experience using Splunk query language, Splunk Processing Language (SPL) to search and analyze data
Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Python and JavaScript to query, manipulate and store data in databases
Experience using best practices in data governance, data quality, and data integrity to collect, display and analyze data to provide forecasts to help sponsors make informed decisions about future business needs
Experience working with large data sets and perform data analysis, data mining, and data cleansing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
Ability to perform gap analysis and make recommendations on the data that should be collected to best support the sponsor’s goals and objectives
Ability to design, develop, and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies
Experience defining, monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience executing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google) and how they can be leveraged to satisfy enterprise business analytics capabilities

Bachelor's degree in related field
