Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data infrastructure
Ability to design scalable, performance-focused data structures
Experience working with high-volume datasets (millions of rows)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, data-intensive environments
Preferred
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, or marketing data environments
