Responsibilities
Extract and manipulate data from HANA database through SQL, and data modeling techniques
Create HANA views, including base, staging, and final views. Performance tuning of HANA queries
Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, including design best practices and performance optimization
Transform complex data sets into clear visual representations
Integrate data from various sources into the HANA database
Qualification
Required
5+ years development experience in HANA Database, data visualization
2+ years Tableau experience and ETL experience
Education: BS Engineering degree or equivalent
Strong knowledge of HANA database architecture, SQL, and data modeling techniques to efficiently extract and manipulate data
Creating HANA views, including base, staging, and final views
Performance tuning of HANA queries
Demonstrated experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, including design best practices and performance optimization
Ability to transform complex data sets into clear visual representations
Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources into the HANA database
Strong analytical abilities to help resolve issues that come up in coding projects
