Responsibilities
Analyze user requirements and translate them into system requirements and technical specifications
Develop system architectures, interface control documents (ICDs), and design artifacts
Support requirements derivation, traceability, and validation
Conduct system integration, testing, and verification activities
Support configuration management and change control processes
Perform performance analysis, risk assessments, and trade studies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Develop and maintain system documentation
Support system accreditation and compliance activities (e.g., RMF, security controls)
Assist with lifecycle sustainment, modernization, and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
14 years' Systems Engineering experience
Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environments
Proven ability to support compliance-driven sustainment activities with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent collaboration skills with both technical team members and mission stakeholders
Solid documentation and tracking skills using enterprise tools
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving security and mission needs
Preferred
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible
Familiarity with Rancher, Helm, and advanced Kubernetes features
Working knowledge of observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Grafana
Security+ (CWIP) or equivalent certification preferred
