Responsibilities
Oversee the programmatic implementation of MIECHV and PAT in assigned communities
Recruit, interview, and hire parent educators
Receive referrals and assign to parent educators
Monitor caseloads
Ensure personnel are trained and implement PAT model with fidelity through observation and evaluation
Ensure timely and accurate data input and use of the reports
Provides reflective supervision to parent educators
Guide staff on corrections
Provide direct supervision for leave, performance reviews, disciplinary action, etc
Conduct outreach for recruitment of families and local partners
Attend Advisory Committee meetings
Participate in CQI
Qualification
Required
Prioritize work to meet deadlines practices
A commitment to ensuring compliance to regulations and policies/procedures
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be an effective team player
Preferred
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience
