Responsibilities
Drive the necessary business insights, strategic and technical relationships with Fortune 500 companies, creative studios, and key stakeholders world-wide to establish meaningful business relationships and drive adoption of the AWS Deadline Cloud service and related AWS products
Educate customers and industry organizations on how cloud rendering solutions and AWS Deadline Cloud can help companies scale and grow
Prepare and deliver data-driven business reviews to AWS senior management about progress, achievements, and roadblocks in the business
Execute strategic go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with key internal stakeholders across AWS groups and internationally
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the technical requirements of our customers and bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps
Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of our key initiatives
Drive industry thought leadership by championing the development of state-of-the-art demos, writing blogs, conducting webinars, and representing AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, and other events
Serve as a key member of the world-wide Visual Computing team in helping to position Rendering services with the overall strategy of the AWS digital content production ecosystem
Qualification
Required
7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs and working across customer organizations
8+ years' experience in a business development or enterprise sales role interacting with both creative and technical customers
Strong technical aptitude that allows them to effectively engage with technology leaders and engineers
Preferred
Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Knowledge of and experience with cloud infrastructure technologies
Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
Master's degree
Established track record of credibility as a business development and technology advisor with customer executives (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO) and Line of Business
Leaders across M&E and at least one other industry (e.g. Automotive, Architecture, Design, Defense, etc.)
Familiarity with the vernacular, tools and workflows for creating 3D computer graphics
