Responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams to deliver complex, scalable technical solutions across multiple domains
Drive architecture, system design (including low-level design), API design, and data modeling efforts to support product and platform evolution
Foster a culture of operational excellence, ensuring reliable and secure delivery and maintenance of services and applications
Champion the integration and safe operation of AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve business and customer outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and other engineering teams to align technical delivery with organizational goals
Mentor engineers, promote technical growth, and establish best practices to enable team success and technical innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years of people management experience
Demonstrated experience owning and delivering technical solutions at the service, multi-service, or domain level
Proven technical aptitude in system and API design, with experience leading engineering teams
Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products
Preferred
Experience designing and operating systems at scale with a focus on reliability, performance, and security
Strong track record driving architectural decisions and technical strategies across multiple teams or domains
Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
Experience integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled solutions that drive measurable impact
Prior experience as a Senior Engineer in Full Stack Development with a similar tech stack - React & Java/Kotlin or Mobile Native experience in Swift, SwiftUI (iOS) & Kotlin, Jetpack Compose (Android)
Led/managed cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver customer‑facing product features across multiple platforms, ensuring reliability, quality, and seamless user experience
