Responsibilities
Overseeing a team of Data Conversion Analysts at various levels
Coordinating and supervising data conversion projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals
Overseeing data conversion processes from legacy systems to the desired platforms, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of conversion projects
Monitoring project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Providing feedback to team members for continuous improvement
Developing and implementing strategies for team skill enhancement and process optimization
Ensuring compliance with security guidelines and data protection policies during data conversion processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Extensive experience in data conversion
Extensive experience in database management
Extensive experience in project management
Proven track record of managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable presenting in front of an audience
