The State of Missouri is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Division of Professional Registration. The role involves reviewing documents for authenticity, responding to inquiries regarding rules and regulations, and assisting with the processing of applications and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities
Review documents for authenticity, ensuring statutory requirements are satisfied, corresponding with applicants regarding errors and solutions
Respond to written and verbal inquiries regarding rules, regulations and licensure requirements and fees
Receive and process mail
Prepare and scan documents into imaging system
Assist with preparing applications and supporting documentation for board review
Assist other staff members with overflow work assignments
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of experience in reviewing and processing official documents such as claims, applications or legal documentation; or One or more years of experience as an Associate Customer Service Representative
Knowledge of computer applications such as Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Good, effective communication skills
Self-motivated with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make routine decisions
Ability to organize workflow and establish priorities and deadlines
