Senior Purchasing Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Serving as a key point of contact for internal departments and external vendors
Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
Working closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
Resolving discrepancies and maintaining strong vendor relationships
Monitoring performance metrics
Implementing process improvements
Providing training and guidance to team members
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
2 years of accounts payable experience
