Executive Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities
Support the CEO in decision-making and scaling the business
Manages the CEO’s correspondence: email, phone, and time calendar
Schedule and facilitate meetings, to ensure the CEO’s attendance and provide prep to be in the ‘know’
Upper-level management administration and communication
Respond to departmental requests for information, time, and the CEO’s attention
Gatekeeping
Request travel arrangements for the CEO and potential guests
Attend executive meetings and transcribe minutes, ad hoc reports
Reviews legal contracts and manages related issues
Manage the CEO’s personal requests
Preparation and analysis of company data to support decision-making
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Mac - Office suites
Ability to manage expectations of high-level executives
Calendar, phone, office administration
Understand accounting, legal, or business-related topics
Extremely detail-oriented and talented in planning logistics
High level of integrity and ability to keep confidential information
Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new tools
Positive ‘can do' attitude, takes the initiative, & flourishes in a team environment
Accounting experience helpful
Business analysis helpful
HR experience helpful
Recruiting experience helpful
Marketing experience helpful
Preferred
Degree in Business Administration (MBA is an advantage) or equivalent field
3+ years as an Executive Assistant to a High-Level Executive
Business Vocabulary
Diverse background with office management, accounting, ERP, consulting practice, or related fields
