Responsibilities
Translate real-world needs into technical specifications
Design and develop the Joint Integrated Missile Defense and Missile Warning Training System (JIMDTS)
Evolve the system with advanced technology solutions
Broaden skillset into areas like virtual systems and live, virtual, and constructive training
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in systems engineering
Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) design and implementation
Experience in Windows Server or Linux operating systems
Ability to take initiative and make recommendations on existing infrastructures
Ability to maintain software development infrastructure supporting multiple environments and networks in a fast-paced and highly technical environment
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience with VMware such as vSphere, vCenter, Horizon, or NSX
Experience facilitating or implementing information security best practices, including security compliance initiatives such as patching, IAVA remediation, and POA&M development
Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in CS or a related field
Windows, Linux, VMWare, or a similar System Certification
