Responsibilities
Product Configuration: Update software and firmware, program radios, and set up robust computer networks
Quality Assurance: Verify that every system meets strict quality standards prior to shipment
Documentation: Follow detailed instructions and maintain thorough records
Collaboration: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team across multiple business lines
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Linux operating systems, networking, and RF technologies
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and document work thoroughly
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
Aptitude for solving complex, unstructured problems
Ability to lift 50-70 lbs as needed
Proactive mindset with the drive to research and master new technical concepts
Preferred
Degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Experience with firmware and software configuration
Proficiency with NixOS and Unix-based operating systems, including command-line tools, networking, and RF configuration
Hands-on mechanical aptitude with tools and electronics
Experience in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages
