Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex UI components using React.js, Redux, Redux Sagas, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
Ensure application performance, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility
Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in an Agile environment
Provide technical leadership and guidance to UI developers, including code reviews and architectural decisions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
recent, hands-on experience with pure React + TypeScript
React 18 best practices
deep expertise in Redux and Redux Sagas
strong leadership
collaboration with cross-functional teams
sharp focus on performance, accessibility, and code quality
React.js + TypeScript (recent, hands-on experience with React 18)
deep understanding of Redux & Redux Sagas (not just API calls)
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
strong understanding of React best practices
no class components
no classical HOCs
experience with Redux Toolkit (RTK) is acceptable, but must clearly understand what problems it solves and how it works internally
solid knowledge of state management, side effects, and complex async flows using Sagas
strong UI architecture and performance optimization skills
lead the design and development of complex UI components using React.js, Redux, Redux Sagas, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
