Clerical Supervisor 2
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Clerical Supervisor 2 to lead the Medical Unit at the Bureau of Driver Licensing. This role involves overseeing operations related to driver fitness evaluations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing a team of clerical staff.

Responsibilities
Direct operations within the Medical Unit
Ensure that all documentation is meticulously audited against regulatory standards
Strategic oversight and administration of the planning, direction, and coordination of activities essential to the medical review of driver qualifications
Direct supervision of clerical staff
Management of customer discrepancy transactions, correspondence, and bureau medical files
Ensuring strict adherence to financial protocols, including daily reconciliation and deposit of cash drawer funds
Serve as a central liaison for the Office of Chief Counsel, messenger services, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Driver License Examiners, law enforcement, and legislative aides
Conducting critical research into serious injury or fatality reports to provide detailed case analysis to senior management
Qualification
Required
One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
One year as a Clerical Assistant 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
Two years as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must be able to perform essential job functions
This position requires the selected candidate to undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment
