Creates and implements resident focus therapeutic activities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Thirty-six (36) hours Activity Director courses required
Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) certification required
6 months experience working in a healthcare setting required
Knowledge of basic medical terminology is required
Ability to communicate and work well with people
Capable of working independently
Physical environment includes occasional standing or walking; minimal lifting or other physical exertion
The work environment involves exposure to blood-borne pathogens and infectious diseases
Preferred
Experience working in programming is strongly preferred
