Responsibilities

Place, maintain, and track purchase orders

Communicate daily with suppliers via phone and email to ensure timely delivery

Obtain vendor quotes to support customer RFQs and bid proposals—maintaining accurate margins

Run reports and analyze purchasing data to ensure customer commitments are met

Provide quotes, PO confirmations, order status updates, and related communication to customer service

Resolve non-conformance issues within the assigned product line

Keep lead-times, item master data, and tracking information accurate and up to date

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, buying, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

Strong analytical mindset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred

Aerospace industry experience is a big plus!
