Behavior Analyst Administrative Assistant
Chrysalis is dedicated to providing care and support to individuals, and they are seeking a Behavior Analyst Administrative Assistant to support their Behavior Analysts. In this role, you will assist in various administrative tasks, conduct observations, and ensure effective communication among team members while working closely within residential home settings and day programs.

Responsibilities
Conduct observations and treatment integrity
Data input and organizing information
Creating token boards or other supplemental materials
Assisting with communication among team members
Spending time in residential home settings and day programs
Asking staff questions about behavior programs
Verifying data collection procedures
Talking with the individuals served
Completing all initial and ongoing training requirements
Completing annual CPR, First Aid and OSHA training
Obtaining and maintaining SOAR certification
Serving as an official representative of Chrysalis
Following the Provider Code of Conduct
Other duties as assigned by Clinical Director, Behavior Analyst, Associate Director and/or Area Director
Qualification
Required
18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or GED
Punctuality and regular/consistent attendance at the worksite are required and the employee must be able adhere to their workplace schedule
Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form
Demonstrated supervisory skills, ability to prioritize work, and able to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames
Have good public relations skills in working with a variety of outside professionals and state employees
Computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other data bases, and basic math skills are necessary
Behavior Assistant must be available at least 30 hours per week
Behavior Assistant must be able to travel to all homes in the area
Completes all initial and on-going training requirements within established time frames
Completes annual CPR, First Aid and OSHA training
Obtains and maintains SOAR certification
Serve as an official representative of Chrysalis and market a positive image
Follow the Provider Code of Conduct
Other duties as assigned by Clinical Director, Behavior Analyst, Associate Director and/or Area Director
