Responsibilities
You possess the expertise to design, build, and deploy complex solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows) independently
You are the primary problem solver for your workstream. We rely on your ability to troubleshoot platform limitations, resolve deployment blockers, and ensure "first-time-right" quality without requiring technical supervision or escalation
You understand that administrative precision is a key driver of client trust and business health
You maintain rigorous operational hygiene. This means owning the accuracy of your commercial data—including real-time billable time entry, ticket documentation, and project artifacts—viewing these as critical deliverables equal in importance to code
You manage the information flow, ensuring leadership and clients are always aligned on status and risk
You operate with a "push" communication style. You anticipate questions and provide status updates, risk flags, and blocker notifications before they are requested, effectively eliminating the need for management follow-up
You serve as the consistent, reliable face of the engagement for our clients
You demonstrate unwavering professional reliability. This includes maintaining high-availability responsiveness during core business hours and managing your calendar to ensure seamless attendance at all client ceremonies
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of Salesforce Development, with a focus on custom development (Apex/LWC) in a consulting environment
A proven track record of self-management
The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to align with the US team
