Responsibilities

Build and ship production code from Day 1

Own features end-to-end: idea → code → production → iteration

Improve Free Trial → Paid conversion through product experimentation

Build in-product upsell and expansion triggers

Design and run activation experiments

Instrument analytics and event tracking to measure user behavior

Improve funnel performance, activation rates, and LTV

Maintain product reliability and performance while shipping fast

Implement AI-native engineering workflows to multiply velocity

Make product tradeoff decisions independently

Qualification

You must demonstrate real depth in using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar - not just prompting for snippets, but accelerating architecture, debugging, experimentation, and shipping velocity
