Responsibilities
Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and data tools using Power BI
Analyze data and turn it into visuals that tell a clear story-charts, maps, interactive dashboards, and more
Help leaders define meaningful KPIs and metrics that drive results
Document data models, dashboards, and reporting structures
Spot opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and reduce manual work
Test new ideas through pilots and simulations
Collaborate with IT to strengthen data architecture and analytics tools
Partner with teams across operations, accounting, IT, and leadership to understand needs and deliver insights
Present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Mentor junior report analysts and support a culture of data literacy
Troubleshoot data issues and help define standards for reporting and visualization
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all data products
Stay current with new technologies in automation, AI/ML, and analytics
Proactively recommend tools and solutions that improve decision‑making and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Five or more years in analytics, reporting, business intelligence
Strong skills in Power BI
SQL and data modeling experience; Python or R preferred
Strong communication and storytelling skills-experience making data easy to understand
Project leadership experience and comfort working across teams
Bachelor's degree in a data, engineering, math, or technology-related field
Preferred
Experience working with Business Analysts
Background in utilities or construction industries is a plus
Adaptable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Creative problem solver with leadership potential
Enjoys sharing knowledge and lifting others up
