Responsibilities
Own monthly PO/spend forecast vs. actual reporting for a $100M department and translate insights into leadership-ready stories
Manage the forecasts and actuals for Purchase Orders for the department
Report out on performance using Excel and graphs in PowerPoint
Communicate monthly with supervisors to gather their headcount plans and collate that data for senior leadership
Use creativity to explain the data to the leadership team with graphics and storytelling
Gather actual financial spending each month and enter future financial forecasts
Provide fallback support for when the team’s other financial analysts are unavailable regarding the monthly Purchase Orders forecasts and actual-payments
Partner with the Integration Team’s supervisor to support diverse requests from Finance and the IT Business Office
Use AI and PowerPoint to generate ways to explain conclusions creatively and clearly
Qualification
Required
Financial Reporting
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Excel
2+ years Accounting or IT Analysis experience
3+ years leveraging Excel for data analysis (doesn't have to be financial data)
3+ years with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Associate Degree
