Coordinate a network of volunteer interviewers
Assign candidates to interviewers

Ensure feedback gets logged
Keep everything moving through long hiring cycles

Required

Comfortable with AI tools, ATS systems, and automation
High agency -- pushes things forward without waiting for permission
Able to work independently with light-touch guidance
Interest in longevity, biotech, or life sciences

Preferred

Experience running a pipeline or operational system is a plus
Background in recruiting, research, or community building is a plus
