Qualification
Required
Organized and meticulous -- loves clean systems and hates when things slip through cracks
Creative and resourceful in sourcing -- willing to try multiple approaches to find what works
Strong written communication -- can turn vague briefs into clear, candidate-facing materials
Comfortable with AI tools, ATS systems, and automation
High agency -- pushes things forward without waiting for permission
Able to work independently with light-touch guidance
Interest in longevity, biotech, or life sciences
Preferred
Experience running a pipeline or operational system is a plus
Background in recruiting, research, or community building is a plus
