Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders and technical leads to understand, document, and articulate application requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Must be able to research application frameworks and develop new cross-platform tools utilizing those frameworks
Create high-level design documents with visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows
Design testing procedures to support end-to-end documented testing of proposed changes
Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Ability to keep up with multiple projects and understand the impact of projects within a larger system
Provide support for existing production applications, quickly resolving issues while also performing root cause analysis leading to corrective action to prevent future problems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering or another related discipline. Some education with strong field experience would be considered
1+ years as a systems analyst or software developer
Practical experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java / C / C++ / Python / JavaScript
Experience with development in QA & production deployment leveraging Git to support CI/CD
Understanding of and experience with standard software quality assurance and testing processes and methodologies
Excellent communication skills and writing skills
Ability to work independently and proactively within tight, concurrent deadlines with accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus
Familiarity with business processes such as Accounts Payables and Shipping is a bonus
