The role involves leading design, development, testing, and execution of products in growth programs, as well as supporting product commercialization projects.

Responsibilities
Lead design, develop, test and execute products in growth programs
Design, control and analyze experiments to evaluate changes to current products caused by changes to materials, processes and procedures
Ensure that the results are documented and published
Lead/support product commercialization projects
Project justification and launch process for assigned product lines
Provide guidance and assistance to the Quality Department staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year work experience REQUIRED (minus any internships)
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably chemical or packaging engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of adhesives, barrier properties/technology of materials and lamination processes
Project Management skills, be able to manage projects from start to finish
Work independently and as part of a team
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
Preferred
1-2 year: Chemical or Packaging Engineering
1 - 2 years of technical service, process control, quality engineering, product development or other related technical and/or manufacturing experience
CAD or SolidWorks experience is a plus
Experience with FDA requirements and ISO standards is a plus
