The Robotics Software Engineer will design and develop core robotics systems, participating in system architecture design and integration of navigation, control, and fleet management layers.

Design modular system architecture for AMR/AGV platform
Develop navigation, control, and coordination software components
Define communication interfaces between embedded, robot, and cloud layers
Build scalable multi-robot task coordination logic
Ensure industrial-grade stability, safety, and deterministic behavior
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in robotics or industrial automation software
Strong C++ development experience (Python as secondary)
Experience with ROS / ROS2
Understanding of multi-robot systems or distributed systems
Familiarity with real-world hardware integration (sensors, motor drivers, PLC, CAN, EtherCAT)
Preferred
Experience building robotics systems from scratch
Experience with warehouse or factory deployments
Experience in path planning / SLAM/traffic management
