Responsibilities
Technical Direction: Define the overall technical vision, architecture, and standards for projects
Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and guide developers, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment
Project Management: Oversee technical aspects of projects, set goals, monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery
Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, conduct security audits, and resolve complex technical issues
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Innovation: Research and recommend new technologies and processes to improve development capabilities
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 8 years of experience in software development
TS/SCI security clearance
Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments
