Graphic Designer
Central Park Conservancy is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating Central Park. They are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the design and production of digital and printed materials across the organization, while also managing the purchase order process and collaborating with stakeholders on design projects.

Responsibilities
Design small-format printed materials, such as one-pagers, cards, brochures, flyers, and presentations
Produce digital assets for email, digital displays, e-vites, social media, and video
Create original artwork, including icons and simple illustrations
Assist with file setup and preparation for large-scale projects
Support and manage the production of projects under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer or Senior Art Director
Oversee purchase orders and invoice processing
Review and retouch photography as needed
Demonstrate fluency in and adherence to the Conservancy’s branding guidelines
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization on design projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1–3 years design experience and portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint)
Ability to work independently and as a team
Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong written and communication skills
Must possess tact and diplomacy, with an ability to provide, receive, and respond professionally to feedback
Preferred
Familiarity working in-house at companies/organizations preferred
Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
Familiarity with workspace software like Hive, Asana, or Slack
