Lead/StaffRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to take ownership of system design and architecture from concept to production. The role involves leading backend development, guiding frontend integration, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities
Own system design and architecture from concept to production
Design scalable, resilient microservices capable of handling highvolume traffic
Lead backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka
Guide frontend integration using React
Design and deploy services on OpenShift (OCP)
Make architectural decisions with longterm scalability in mind
Evaluate and apply appropriate design patterns
Ensure compliance with enterprise and external standards
Mentor SE3 engineers and provide technical leadership
Partner closely with crossfunctional teams
Qualification
Required
Expertlevel Java and Spring Boot
Deep Kafka expertise (clustering, scaling, fault tolerance)
REST API and microservice architecture
OpenShift (OCP) and cloudnative design
React frontend integration
Strong system design and architecture fundamentals
CI/CD, containerization, production deployment
