Responsibilities
This role reports to the COO and oversees all warehouse operations: inventory, shipping/receiving, workflow efficiency for thousands of shipments a day, with multiple units a day
Lead, train, and develop a warehouse team of 12 reports
Drive process improvements to increase accuracy and productivity
Maintain DOT, OSHA, and internal safety compliance
Manage vendor/carrier relationships and negotiate freight
Ensure accurate documentation and operational audits
Oversee safe operation of material‑handling equipment
Qualification
Required
Must have high-volume, full-cycle warehouse experience
Must be forklift-certified
Must have warehouse leadership experience with inbound/outbound experience
Must have picking/packing experience
Must have planning and processing experience when goods arrive
Must have execution experience to get goods out to customers
Ability to work 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM in Memphis
