Responsibilities
Set development team's priorities and adherence to delivery standards
Provide leadership coordination and oversight within one delivery team to deliver functionality on behalf of Tax
Coordinate with business representatives when details are needed
Partner on the design and ensure product meets specifications by conducting demos at Program Increment Sessions
Follow standards, guidelines, and metrics aimed at delivering business value quickly and efficiently
Proactively identify and mitigate product-related risks (escalate issues to the Delivery Lead and/or Portfolio Lead as needed)
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or other relevant discipline
5+ years' experience leading technical delivery teams
Demonstrated product development experience using different software development methodologies, like Agile and Scaled Agile
Proven knowledge of risk management and tracking techniques
Ability to travel up to 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

One of the following active accreditations obtained: Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, Technology Certifications: Alteryx Designer- Advanced Certification, CBAP® - Certified Business Analysis Professional, Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® Agile Software Engineer, Certified SAFe® Agilist, Certified SAFe® Architect, Certified SAFe® DevOps Practitioner, Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager, Certified SAFe® Practitioner, Certified SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager, Certified SAFe® Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
Preferred
Previous tax firm or consulting firm experience
Azure DevOps exposure
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong listening, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
Able to interact effectively with professionals at all levels and communicate recommendations
Demonstrated experience working with and influencing as part of a team
Motivated, resourceful, and dependable
Well organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple, ongoing projects
Able to respond quickly to high-priority deadlines with little lead-time and adaptable to direction changes
