Program Manager
Mass General Brigham is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing patient care, research, teaching, and community service. The Program Manager will manage Cooperative projects, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure successful project completion to improve health and resilience against environmental threats.

Responsibilities
Develops comprehensive project plans and monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion. This requires competency in areas such as public health, city and regional planning, environmental factors, health equity, healthcare quality, and social determinants of health
Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs
Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
Communicates regularly on project status with internal and external project stakeholders, exhibiting a high degree of problem-solving, professionalism, and technical competency
Identifies potential risks early, analyzes the possible impact, and develops mitigation strategies
Analyzes data and prepares presentations of findings in support of programmatic strategy
Works with Cooperative leadership and MGB Development to help draft grant and philanthropic materials, including proposals and progress reports
Travels to event/program sites as relevant for partnership development, program implementation, and dissemination, as needed
Works closely with Cooperative leadership to support communication efforts for web sites and other media
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Program Management Experience 2-3 years required
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks, manage timelines, and drive results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with medical professionals, faculty, and staff at all levels
Proven project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex organizations and across multiple units and levels
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and high capacity to multi-task and to meet competing deadlines
Ability to work independently and proactively with limited direction
Attention to detail and follow through
