Responsibilities
Hardware break/fix experience - hands on ability to diagnose, repair, and replace physical IT components (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.)
PC refresh & Imaging experience - supporting desktops and laptops, including diagnosing OS/application issues and deploying images
Networking knowledge - solid understanding of network fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (IP conflicts, port failures, understanding switches, access points)
Qualification
Required
