Qualification
Required
Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
Ability to teach classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to oversee programs and ensure high standards are met
Experience in training and evaluating team members
Ability to oversee events and programming
Energetic and fun personality
Ability to connect with children and their parents
Positive attitude and ability to maintain a good mood
