Sr HR Information Systems Sr Analyst

Responsibilities

Manages and maintains HRIS systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance
Ensures data integrity, system security, and efficient processing of HR data
Develops and implements system enhancements and upgrades
Provides technical support and training to HR staff and end-users
Analyzes and reports on HR metrics and data
Collaborates with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionality
Troubleshoots and resolves system issues
Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Manages system integrations with other HR and business systems
Develops and maintains documentation for system processes and procedures
Participates in HRIS projects and initiatives
Provides support for system audits and data validation
Other duties as assigned

Required

Advanced level knowledge of HR/PR systems/operations
PC/Laptop
Basic system/application/data troubleshooting
Advanced critical thinking and root cause analysis processing skills
Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel
Analytical skills
Project/process design or improvement analysis skills
Specialized HRIS skills which includes application configuration and system support, troubleshooting, and report/query running
Bachelor's
2+ project/process design or improvement analysis experience required
4+ experience in hr application support (hr systems, time and attendance systems, or reporting and analytics) or equivalent experience

Preferred

Advanced knowledge of HR/PR systems/operations in Healthcare setting
Prefer knowledge/skills in any combination of the following:
Taleo (or other applicant tracking related application)
Oracle PeopleSoft (or other related ERP)
WorkForce Software (or other Time and Attendance/Labor related applications)
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
SQL, Business Objects (BO) and/or Crystal Reports
System Testing/Data Modeling Applications
Experience related to HR/PR in Healthcare
Professional in Human Resources Information (HRIP)
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Cost Professional - Certified (CPC)
