Responsibilities
Prepare and image PCs prior to deployment
Deploy and set up PCs, monitors, phones, and related peripherals
Assist with installing wall mounts and supporting hardware
Perform cable management to maintain clean, organized workspaces
Follow structured workflows while working floor-by-floor through the building
Support both staging-area preparation and on-site deployment activities
Lift, carry, and position equipment as needed throughout the shift
Maintain professionalism and customer-focused service during all interactions
Work collaboratively with a large deployment team to meet project timelines
Qualification
Required
Hardware installation and support
Device deployment and setup
Basic troubleshooting
Cable management
Imaging and Windows‑based device preparation
General IT support experience
Preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable lifting and carrying equipment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
