Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's in IT
CompTIA certification (optional but nice to have)
6+ months of IT experience
Moderate IT helpdesk, server, and networking knowledge
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
Customer relations knowledge
Security knowledge
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook or similar programs
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Weekends required; on-call on a rotating basis
