Responsibilities

Collaborate within Operations Finance and Revenue Management teams to foster a deep understanding of the business to provide data needs, analytics, and actionable insights to drive business decisions
Generate reporting and ad-hoc analyses of historical and current data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business
Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using PowerBI or similar tools to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies
Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows

Required

Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, VBA or Power Query, SQL, Tableau or Power BI
Experience with one or more analytical tools (e.g., R, python, etc.)
Strong analytical skills; Experience collecting & analyzing data and reporting on the results
Natural curiosity and inquisitiveness and enjoy solving problems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative - able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home
Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation in the Anaheim, CA area

Preferred

Previous experiencing creating PowerPoint decks to make compelling business recommendations, overview analysis findings, and/or share general information in a compelling way
Experience with statistical modeling and/or forecasting
Knowledge of the Disneyland Resort
