Providing structured progress updates to stakeholders
Producing high-quality workmanship
Maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove project roadblocks
Interpreting and working from blueprints and building documentation—including redlines
Following all industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in cabling, rack and stack, and hardware installation
Experience in installation and decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure
Ability to deliver sustainable, repeatable processes
Focus on continuous improvement
Ability to provide structured progress updates to stakeholders
Ability to produce high-quality workmanship
Ability to maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to remove project roadblocks
Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and building documentation—including redlines
Knowledge of industry best practices
Broad understanding of Data Center technologies
Ability to uphold production, safety, and quality standards
