They are seeking to fill two openings on the IT Support team, which provides mission-critical support across a mixed Mac/Windows environment with a strong focus on customer-facing, white-glove service.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide onsite end‑user support for both Mac and Windows systems
Respond to support calls, emails, walk‑ups, and escalations
Perform software & hardware break/fix
Build and deploy new images
Manage incidents and ticket updates/closures
Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
Troubleshoot configuration issues, OS issues, software, drivers, and add‑ins
Complete general onsite IT technical tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience ( Engineers 3+ years minimum)
Prior team lead experience (scheduling, mentoring, escalation management) – Lead role only
Advanced technical skillset, including: PowerShell scripting (running/pushing scripts, updates, automations)
Active Directory (creating groups, assigning apps, access control)
O365 administration
OKTA, JAMF, MDM
Apple Business Manager, Intune, Azure
Microsoft Entra ID (IAM)
Strong macOS & Windows troubleshooting experience
Excellent customer service/white‑glove support skills
Bachelor's degree required
ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience
Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms
