Responsibilities
Delivers high-quality, end-user-focused technical support
Provides onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS
Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Supports onboarding activities such as account setup and equipment configuration
Provides audio/visual support for meetings and presentations
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience in a desktop or end-user support environment
Strong experience with Windows operating systems and applications
Experience with device management tools
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services and applications
Working knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
Familiarity with VoIP and video conferencing platforms
