Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary
Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies. Serve as a lead or manager for small projects
Work closely with Public Affairs Managers to build relationships with the local community
Serve as a key point of contact for site-related information and questions
Qualification
Required
2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Preferred
3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution
