Information Technology
Responsibilities
Configure and support iPad devices in a plant environment
Assist End Users in setting up and using QR code configurations (approximately 10 per hour)
Support the setup of login accounts requiring multiple security steps along with QR code use (approximately 6 per hour)
If applicable, update and configure a Surface Hub using provided instructions (approximately 8 hours per device)
Follow detailed configuration instructions accurately
Provide general technical support to the end‑user community
Qualification
Required
Steel‑toed shoes are required due to plant environment
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
Experience with Windows, device configuration, and the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal communication skills
Preferred
Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required
