Responsibilities
Execute performance, load, and functional testing using industry-standard tools
Gather performance and capacity requirements from technical teams
Conduct iterative testing cycles and optimize based on results
Analyze system behavior under load and compare against expected outcomes
Produce clear performance reports and communicate findings to engineering teams
Partner with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to implement improvements
Support scalability planning and contribute to capacity management initiatives
Ensure testing aligns with organizational standards around risk, compliance, and quality
Qualification
Required
JMeter for performance, functional, and load testing
LoadRunner for simulating user activity and analyzing system behavior
Dynatrace for monitoring, test execution control, and diagnostics
Understanding of middleware, databases, and web technologies in distributed environments
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis
