The primary responsibility of this role is to support both operational workload and upcoming infrastructure initiatives, with a focus on managing physical and virtual infrastructure and ensuring system performance and security.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Managing physical and virtual infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud services)
Monitoring and supporting system performance, availability, and security
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across on prem and cloud environments
Participating in disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response work
Implementing or supporting security controls such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, patching, and hardening
Deploying or maintaining Windows Server, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper V), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc
Collaborating with our Infrastructure Architect and internal IT teams to ensure stability and reliability
