Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (Primavera P6 essential)
Analyse contractor baseline schedules for logic, sequencing, constructability, and resource loading
Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify critical path impacts
Monitor progress and provide independent schedule assessments on behalf of the Owner
Evaluate schedule updates and assess delays, acceleration claims, and mitigation plans
Provide strategic recommendations to ensure schedule recovery where required
Prepare executive-level schedule reports and present findings clearly and concisely
Participate in progress meetings and confidently challenge assumptions or performance gaps
Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements
Coordinate closely with project managers, cost consultants, and client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years of experience in project scheduling on large-scale construction projects
Demonstrated experience on mission critical projects (data centers, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or similar high-complexity environments)
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and contract structures
Fluent English speaker (written and verbal)
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Must be able to work CST business hours
Self-motivated and effective in a remote working environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence project teams constructively
Preferred
Experience working in an Owner's Representative, Project Management, or Consultancy environment is highly preferred
Experience reviewing contractor schedules rather than solely producing them is strongly preferred
Candidates located in the Central or Eastern United States are strongly preferred
